Quality Process
The following diagram describes the process details and project life cycle from start to end, almost all phases are subjected to a specific type of QA
As indicated in the above diagram, there are two types of QA checks:
I. QA Execution Phase (QAE)
Including all QA checks and steps that we implement during the execution phase of the project since we receive the hand-off from the client, this QA type includes 4 sub-categories:
- QAE-1
- Review the client scope before initiating the project and after
- Check the client files before starting the project and make sure they are in perfect condition
- Check the client instructions carefully
- QAE-2
- Add a solution / scope modification to fit the client requirements
- Risk Analysis (Milestones, volumes and timeframe)
- Managing Agreements (client expectations and suggestions)
- QAE-3
- Terminology creation is mainly needed to maintain the quality for Any product line
- Select the suitable resources for the job, the most expert with the domain, to match the project requirement
- Add SME check if needed
- QAE-4
- Check sampling along the project life cycle
- Monitor the progress
II. QA Finalization Phase (QAF)
Including all QA checks and steps that we implement after closing the project and before the final delivery to the client as below:
- Run QA by automated QA tool
- Check that the implementation has been done properly
- Making sure that the language rules are applied
- Check the clean files validity
- File format
- File naming
- Folder structure
- Page count
